It doesn't matter how strong our desire to learn may be. Our time and memory are not enough to handle so much information.
Therefore, start filtering what you absorb; be proactive and search for what you wish to learn instead of being guided by the news feed, most favorite and recommended links.
Treat the practice as a diet. Choose the menu that better fits your neurons and then serve only what is really necessary. Stop snacking.
Escape from the possible intellectual obesity, don't let information access become excess. Remember that knowledge and results do not mean the same, apply what you know and start living if you haven't done so.
